We are so pleased with all the building work carried out by pro-Maint . Thank you to Patrick, Alan and Mitchell for all their hard work . The planning and quality of building work was excellent . We would recommend Pro-Maint for any work.
Patrick and his team have been marvellous. The decision to extend instead of move was a tricky one but the hard work and effort put in by ProMaint has meant the decision was the perfect one. They are a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and exceptionally hardworking team and have done an amazing job. We are over the moon with the result, and appreciate all the extra effort put in to managing the challenges that come from renovating an old house. The needs and wants of us as owners were always considered (thank you for my extra special doorframes Patrick!) and communication was always clear.
Well what can I say… excellent service from start to finish! Mum and dads garden is perfect for them now. Levelled, tiled, a lush lawn and a Pergola to enjoy the sun under. Mum was very impressed with how hard you guys worked and how quickly you got the work done and how good it looks now! Thankyou Patrick and co.
Pro maint carried out work on my property following a disaster with another builder, their professional way of working and obvious knowledge provided reassurance at a time when it was needed. The work they carried out was such a high standard and was completed with respect for our property and for us. All the guys are polite and friendly and i would highly recommend them for any work.
Pro Maint …what more could you ask from this professional team in North Wales, Pat and his team have transformed our upstairs with a great loft conversion and bathroom . Attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box was faultless and took full control of the project at a great price and completed within the agreed time frame. If you need an extension, loft conversion, kitchen or bathroom look no further these are the guys and we will defiantly use Pro Maint in the future.

I’ve used Pro Maint a number of times now for work on my property, and they have never let me down. Very attentive with amazing attention to detail! The work they did on my kitchen in particular was outstanding. I won’t use anyone else. Keep up the good work lads.

Patrick and Chris from Pro-Maint started my works in March which was to take down existing conservatory, remove old kitchen and build A whole new extension, with new kitchen, bi folds etc plus turf and deck my garden. This was a big job which lasted a number of months and during the covid lockdown. From start to finish they were hard working, professional, communication was good at all times, a good laugh and perfectionists. Nothing was ever too much trouble even during the difficult lockdown period where they couldn’t carry on they still kept in touch reassuring me every time regarding return and material availability. They are trustworthy and reliable and I could leave them and go off to work knowing my home was safe. I was totally overwhelmed when it was finished and had a few tears of happiness as had lived with very little space for many years. I now spend most of my time in my large kitchen diner which is my happy place and where a few glasses of wine are usually consumed. I now have more room to have my close family and friends round. The dogs love it! Thank you so much guys! I will not use anyone else again as I also can’t fault all the sub contractors that were in my home during that 4 months either! They do like the odd coffee and chocolate bar though so make sure you have plenty in 😊. Keep up the good work 👍🏽
